My favorite hotel for short stay in DubaiAmazing front desk , very polite and cooperative especially Mr.Ramadan

Excellent location next to metro station. 24 hope may and dining areas at walking distance. Quick check in and out.

Swimming pool is just for kids and very small area .Not buffet breakfast, but few fixed menu to choose from. Breakfast quality and options could be improved

Everything was beyond my expectations

We are now longtime guests of Citadines Metro Central Dubai, having stayed for the fourth time, and each visit confirms why we keep coming back.The experience is, consistently, fabulous. Near metro, masjid and other essentials. Sitting room and a kitchen with microwave etc.

Bedroom and Toilet size very small

Near to metro station and coffee shops and restaurants.

The place is special beside metro station, the unit space is bigger than expected, The staff are so kind and respectful specially Mr. Jerry from the restaurant.

The curtains allow morning light into the unit which is annoying while sleeping. bathroom exhaust fan was not working. price is a bit higher than similar units in the neighborhood.

Property is very spacious. V clean. V good position. Staff very friendly especially Mr Ramadan and Ms Madara, along with Mr. Dilan. Always smiling and accommodating towards guests needs.

very friendly staff ready to help you anytime, you get breakfast much earlier than in other restaurants and canteens in Dubai, great location, very spacious rooms.

The rooms are clean, however some places could use some minor repair/maintenance (cracked tiles in the bathroom), but these are just minor things.

I liked the value and location was close to where I needed to be.

The only thing we disliked was the smell of the lobby. Its a strong oniony smell that penetrated to my clothing if I stayed in the lobby too long.

Everything is perfect specially the staff in reception try to do their best to let yiur stay enjoyable specially Mr. Ramadan In front desk Also, some persons in resturant smiling and try to solve any issue

The breakfast variety is limited , it is set menu and most of options not worth only English breakfast could be accepted, also, the restaurant is a little bit small some times u have to wait long to order , although the person in charge of Resturant try to do thier best but it is need more organization and staff training

I booked a non-smoking room and got a smoking room and it stank. The bed sheets reeked of cigarettes.

Location is right beside the metro, lots of supermarket around, staff were really helpful

Very convenient location for all the amenities buses, metro, taxi and grocery if you needed. Especially I like to thank Dilan and Ramadan for providing an exceptional service and they were very friendly and welcoming.

I truly loved the breakfast they offered, however the area is too small, maybe it’s because of the busy season. Also the hosts who were there should be more attentive towards the guests.

everything was perfect and matching the reviews given by previous guests. Of course I read the ratings and commnets by previous guests and everything turned out to be true - in a good way. We were given a good room, the sofa in the living room opens up as a bed, kitchen has basic stuff for ppl to use (though I did not cook), has a TV in living room and a TV in bedroom with a reasonable size dinning table. We were very happy with the apartment given the fact we would go out most of the day n return only to sleep during out 4 night stay. Every morning was bright and cheerful thanks to the Breakfast team who mostly remembered our special request and greated us with big smiles. everyone at front office and the bell boy too made out day overyday.

the only thing I did not like was ' the knife in the kitchen was way too big' it was unusually big and kinda difficult to use. I requested at the reception for a smaller knife but no one came to give it. So later I decided to walk to the near by grocery store (1 min walk) and bought a reasonable everyday knife that is much easier and safer to use by a regular person. This wont refelct in my ratings because we were very happy witht he rest of the stay and entire experience. I didnt cook but used the kitchen only for cutting fruits.

Location was perfect. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment. It was spotless. Staff were kind and very helpful. I would sleep here over and over again

There is nothing to not like. The hotel was amazing

Every thing. I was gladly upgraded from a studio to a 1bedroom and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is near restaurants, metro, supermarkets and is well staffed, clean and beautiful.

Nothing serious. Only that one coffee machine serving so many guests sometimes necessitated lining up but I guess it was because of the large numbers of guests in festive season.

The apartments are clean, spacious and with nice courteous staff. Very close to the metro and supermarkets. I loved the bed which was so comfy. I enjoyed the gym and the bathroom as well.

Excellent location - Metro, restaurants, supermarkets - all near the hotel.Excellent staff - from the front desk to cleaners and bellboy - all were very helpful and cheerful.

1) No carpet in the rooms and no disposable slippers provided.2) Bidet sprayer has a high pressure jet which cannot be controlled and will definitely wet the floor.
